Is IQ Membership a loyalty app?
IQ Membership is a Customer Retention Platform. Loyalty is one module alongside membership entitlements, subscriptions, wallet, and rewards.
Does it replace Recharge or Appstle?
It can replace the retention layer they provide while keeping Shopify as the commerce source of truth. Migration tooling ships in Phase 2.
Where is customer data stored?
Customer identity and payments remain in Shopify. IQ stores engagement state, entitlements, ledgers, and merchant configuration in PostgreSQL on Railway.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes — English and Arabic at launch with RTL/LTR across admin, customer surfaces, and the public website.
