How IQ Rewards works
A simple loop: configure cashback, reward eligible orders, let customers spend Store Credit.
1. Configure cashback
In Shopify Admin, set your cashback percent, choose eligible sales channels, and optionally set Store Credit expiry.
2. Reward paid orders
When an eligible order is paid, IQ Rewards calculates cashback and issues native Shopify Store Credit to the customer.
3. Customers spend credit
Store Credit appears in the customer’s Shopify balance and can be applied at checkout on future purchases.
4. Refunds stay accurate
If an order is refunded, IQ Rewards can reverse Store Credit proportionally so rewards match real purchases.
