How do the plans differ?
Starter launches a general cashback program with Store Credit, channel selection, expiry, balances, refund reversals, and Customer Account (EN/AR). Growth adds per-channel rates, order-value conditions, scheduled campaigns, and CSV reports. Pro adds mobile API credentials, Flow notifications, usage reporting where available, assisted onboarding, and priority support.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter, Growth, and Pro each include a 7-day free trial when you subscribe through Shopify.
How does annual billing work?
Annual charge is the total billed once per year (Starter $95.90, Growth $479.90, Pro $1,439.90) — about 20% less than paying monthly. Toggle Annual on the cards to see yearly totals and monthly equivalents.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Change plans in Shopify billing from the IQ Rewards Billing page in Admin. Upgrades and downgrades follow Shopify’s subscription change rules for the app.
What happens to my data if I change or cancel?
Existing Store Credit balances and historical reward transactions remain available. Cancelling or leaving a paid plan stops new cashback issuance; prior credit is not revoked by a plan change alone.
